The Barents 2010 project, financed by the Interreg III B Baltic Sea, aims at making long term strategies for the Barents Co-operation within industry, higher education, environment and communication.
The project involves all the members of Barents Regional Co-operation. County Administrative Board of Västerbotten is a leadpartner.
